Gladson’s experts give educational seminars in New York and other locations on request. These seminars are usually limited to groups of 20. These cover the finer points of worsteds, wools and specialty cloths for custom clothing, starting with the raw fiber and carrying through to the finished product, and how to successfully use this information in the process of making the sale to the ultimate consumer. Class materials are provided to the attendees to take with them when they complete the seminar.

Wardrobing and wardrobe analysis are also taught along with how to successfully make add on sales.

On occasion as the opportunity arises, Gladson hosts special events related to men’s fashion. One such event was The Ultimate Evening based on Beau Brummell, The Ultimate Dandy. Guests gathered for cocktails and a pre-theatre lecture before attending the two character play based on the final years in the life of Beau Brummell, brilliantly portrayed by Ian Kelly, who also wrote the definitive study on his subject: The Ultimate Man of Style Beau Brummell. Guests received autographed copies of the book prior to repairing to a nearby Bistro for dinner with the star, visiting dignitaries from Gladson’s Italian and English mills  and the HMS and Gladson staff.
