Text Handling notes
All text is handled by the browser in such a way that the user may
change the size on text without affecting the layout. use <h1> </h1> to
make header designation smaller heads get <h2> or <h3> or <h4> in
code view. All other formatting such as italic or bold justified
or flush right text can be made via the formatting pallet. Style
sheets are managed site wide via css in marked folders and they should
be changed with extreme caution.
